As the sun dipped below the horizon, we found ourselves in the charming city of Merida, where we checked into our second Che Hostel of the trip 🌙🏡.

I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed my stays at both Che Hostels in Tulum and Merida, a testament to their warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations 🛏️🌟.

In search of culinary delights, we roamed the vibrant streets of Merida, ultimately choosing “Museo De La Gastronomia Yucateca” for dinner 🌳🍴.

The restaurant exuded elegance, with trees growing in the courtyard where tables were set for guests, creating a magical atmosphere ✨🌿.

I indulged in the Soupe de Lima and the Pollo Pibil, both of which left me thoroughly impressed 🥣🍗.

In fact, I was so delighted with the food and overall experience that I gave the restaurant a well-deserved 5-star rating on Google Maps 🌟.
