Our Yucatan adventure took an enchanting turn as we wrapped up the day in Xpujil, where we checked into an Eco Lodge nestled in the heart of the woods 🌿🏡. While it might not fit the traditional hostel description, it was an eco-friendly haven that left us in awe of its charm. What truly caught our attention were the room/hut names, each inspired by a Mayan God or Deity, adding a fascinating touch to our stay 🌌🌟.

To cap off the night, we ventured to a local gem called “Sazon Veracruzano,” where we embarked on a culinary journey sampling a delightful array of local foods and drinks 🍛🍹. I even dared to challenge my taste buds with a particularly spicy pepper, leaving me sweating but utterly satisfied! 🔥😅
